24 S. Morgan is a signature building in Chicago’s burgeoning West Loop neighborhood.  It strives to counter the surrounding mill buildings and heavy masonry aesthetic. It is a glass tower with muscular, exposed concrete base, shaped to maximize views. An L-shaped tower creates a proportioned façade to the street while creating intimate urban courtyard spaces for both the building and for its residential neighbors. At the street, the parking garage is sheathed in translucent glass, allowing for energy-saving daylighting and a softly glowing street wall at night. The project was designed using sustainable practices.

24 S. Morgan contains 68 luxury condominium units on 12 floors, plus 6,000 square feet of retail space at the first floor. There are 80 parking spaces in the 3 story garage.
