We work with private owner-users, speculative developers, public/governmental bodies and institutional clients on projects ranging from feasibility studies to complete design and construction of complex facilities.

We are experienced in various project delivery methodologies, including traditional design-bid-build, fast-tracked multi-prime, negotiated, construction management, design-build and integrated project delivery scenarios.
Weiss Architects, LLC was established in 1998 by Steven Weiss, after twenty-six years of practice in two of Chicago’s premier architecture firms. We were founded on the principal that the best architecture and the best service to our clients is attained when the principal architect is fully engaged in each project. We maintain a dedicated and exceptionally talented staff with a range of skills and experiences. The firm functions with our full attention focused on each project.
